Welcome to the camp zikula camp manager. We offer you a free service to handle your event. Indepentantly if you are planning a webinar, a meeting, a training or whatever. You can organize it via this site.

The service works very simple: By using the menu item events/submit event you can submit your event. To be sure we will serve only Zikula relevant events we will check your request and aprove it soon. To do so, you have to accept the terms of use and give us a short description of your event.

Afterwards you will get confirmation by email. After this, you have to edit the details of your event (date, adress, number of max. participants and so on). Important is to add your own terms of use for your event. We will not take any responsibility of your event! Otherwise all right of this event will stay with you.

You can add to your event as much links as you need. This can link to a detailed description on your site. And additionally you can add reports to your event (announcement or a final report or whatever). The latest reports of all events will be listed at the front page.

Your participants can apply for your event after you have activated the registration phase. You will get a mail for each registration. You have to moderate this. This makes it possible for you to accept only if your participant have paid the fee if it is a payable event.

Together with the registration you can ask up to three questions to collect some important informations from the participants (e.g. you can ask for sepial diet or vegetarian if you will offer something to eat)

Finaly we will offer a special possibility to collect proposals for a program. That is helpfull if you organize a meeting, at webinars it is more ore less useless. This service is a very early stage and must be activated by the webmaster for each event separately.
